Tool Layer on DiagramView

A tool layer has been added in the Windows Forms version of the DiagramView. This layer is drawn on top of the view, without using the view transformation. It can be used to display graphic objects that should stay fixed whatever the view transformation is. A quickstart sample has also been added to illustrate the use of this new feature. This sample can be found in the Quickstart/ToolLayer directory.

New DiagramHRuler and DiagramVRuler controls

The new DiagramHRuler and DiagramVRuler objects are Windows forms controls that represent respectively an horizontal and a vertical ruler. Both objects are now used in the DiagramView and can be shown using the DiagramView.HRuler and DiagramView.VRuler properties. For details on the rulers, see Displaying Rulers in a Diagram View.
