Ultra ISO ile çeşitli biçimlerdeki CD/DVD imajlarının içeriğini görebiliyorsunuz. Uygulama bununla da kalmayarak sahibi olduğunuz imajın biçimini değiştirebiliyor, içerisindeki dosya ve klasörleri kopyalayabiliyor ve imajın içerisine dosya atabiliyor. Uygulama boot (açılış) bilgisini barındıran imajlarda herhangi bir bozulmaya neden olmuyor, hatta istenirse imajı bozmadan boot bilgisini de değiştirmenize olanak tanıyor.
Deamon Tools ve Nero Image Drive gibi sanal sürücü uygulamalarıyla tamamen uyumlu olan Ultra ISO, tüm Windows sürümlerini de tam olarak destekliyor.

UltraISO is a powerful and easy-to-use utility that can extract, create, edit, and convert CD/DVD image files. It can directly edit ISO files, make images from CD/DVD-ROMs, or create new one from files and folders on your computer. You have the option to make bootable CDs. In addition, UltraISO can convert nearly all known CD/DVD images to ISO, BIN/CUE, Nero (.NRG), or CloneCD (.CCD/.IMG/.SUB) format


UltraISO is in sole possession of the intellectualized ISO document format analyzer, it can process at the present time almost all types of image files, including ISO and BIN, it may even support new image files which are yet to be created. UltraISO can open these image files, directly extract files and folders, edit it and convert other image files to the standard ISO format.
UltraISO uses the double window unification user contact interface, you have the choice to only use the quick buttons and/or the mouse Drag & Drops, you can handle any CD/DVD image file easily.
