InstantVNC is a zero-config, zero-install application that allows remote access to the Windows PC that the application runs on. Simply distrubute this binary to your target support users, and you'll be able to remote support them regardless of any intervening firewalls or routers.

When you first download it, InstantVNC is setup to connect to our demo echoServer at "demo.echovnc.com". To change that default, or to change the splash screen image shown at startup, simply hold down the SHIFT key while starting it up.
