Greenfish Icon Editor Pro creates icons in the formats ICO, CUR, ANI, PNG, XPM, BMP and JPEG with up to 1024 x 1024 pixels or PNG compressed files for Windows Vista.
With Green Fish Icon Editor Pro you have the possibility to create your own program symbols (icons). You can convert either a separate image into an icon or you cut them out of pictures and create a completely new image. The program also offers many tools such as lasso and various effects filters.
