Instructions :

Since this game already “built-in” patch, the are 2 ways to enable it ;

1. Regional Settings
To set your computers regional settings to Japanese, go to the “Regionaland Language Options” in the Control Panel and, under the “Advanced” tab, set the “Language for non-Unicode programs” to Japanese.

OR

2 .Microsoft AppLocale
If, however, you don’t want to change the language setting, the alternative would be to use AppLocale, which you can download from the code box below;

After installing it, run AppLocale, and run the game through Applocale in Japanese.

Note :
Works like a charm in XP but i don’t know if it will work on Vista(Because i don’t have one). Anyone who have Vista here, try it and let others know.TY
