The password sits on your hard drive platters out of reach by any operating system. Even changing the hard disk controller board will not give-in access to anyone.

With HD-X-LOCK there is no software or drivers to install.

HD-X-LOCK does not use long winded encryption tools which take forever to install to encrypt your hard drive. As well as slowing your system down should you require to "GHOST" (tm) or copy your hard disk for backup, you will need to go through the long process of decrypting your hard disk.
